SAG has spoken with nearly 60 stakeholders in creating a new direction for the Rochester Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Mayo Civic Center. The plan is focused in the group sales areas and encompasses goal setting, governance, sales performance and market prioritization. SAG has proposed new approaches to market deployment, goal setting, and sales performance. SAG has presented recommendations to a large group of stakeholders and elected officials. SAG has been asked to potentially remain engaged for implementation of the recommendation.
