SAG oversaw an extensive regional study on the current brand perception of Independence, Missouri. The results, coupled with community input, created the platform for the creation of the proposed new brand and tagline. The survey reached out to over 2,000 respondents with a high response rate. The respondents indicated how they perceived Independence, Missouri. The outcome of this research heavily influenced the final brand direction.
The culmination of the extensive research has created a list of â€œtop tenâ€ descriptors that will be utilized throughout public and private organizations in creating future messaging.
