SAG announces the roll out of the “brand within the brand” for it asset management client Hilton-Americas Houston.SAG’s Dan Fenton helped the hotel define and create a brand for the hotel. “With the competitive landscape changing, especially with the development of the new Marriott Marquise, we felt the hotel had to better communicate its brand promise”, noted Fenton.
The new tag line – Where Spectacular Design Meets Stellar Service – came out of a collaborative assessment of the hotel’s existing core values and physical asset. The hotel has been awarded a number of service awards and is considered one of the most elegant hotels in the market. The 1,200-room convention hotel has exceeded all expectations since its opening 10 years ago.
The hotel is owned by Houston First Corporation, a non-profit entity that also manages the convention center, several parking facilities and performing arts venues in Houston. SAG is the asset manager for the hotel.
